**FESTIVE GIFT EXCHANGES**
Please note that all online or in-store purchases made for gifting this December will be exchangeable in-store for swaps or store credit up until the 31st January 2018. Customers must have a valid receipt for the item to be exchanged.
When you place an order with us through our webshop we will require some details such as; your name, billing address, telephone number, email address and payment details. This information is neccesary so that we can process your order request. We will keep this information on our customer records but we will not sell or rent the information you give us to anyone else.
We work alongside our trusted third-party companies to provide credit card processing and shipping. These companies are only issued with the information they require to perform their services. We do not store credit card details or share customer details with other companies.
If you are a registered customer with us, we may occasionally keep you updated on news and forthcoming events and offers.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and you can also pay through Paypal . Please note any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
All payments will be taken in full, from the customer’s chosen payment method, before goods are shipped. We use SagePay’s secure payment gateway; they handle the transaction on our behalf.

*UK includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands – Jersey and Guernsey. Some destinations may take longer than 48 hours for Special delivery.
All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail recorded services that will require a signature on arrival. We will endeavour to process orders placed before 12pm for the same day dispatch, excluding weekends and Bank holidays, Though we cannot guarantee next day delivery, many of our orders will arrive within 24-48 hours. Royal Mail will attempt a redelivery and will leave you a contact card if they are unable to make the delivery in the first instance.
Click and Collect
Should you wish to collect your purchase from our store , please select 'Click and Collect' on the Shopping Bag page. Your purchase will then be available to collect from one of our stores within two working days. We will email you once your order is ready for collection.

Tax and VAT
All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) where applicable.
Duties and Customs
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may be liable for import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Taxation laws vary by country and will be determined by your local government. Please check what your local liability for Import tax is as Returns received due to unpaid duty will forfeit all additional costs incurred.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, and you want to return an item for a refund or alternative, exchanges will be accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please phone or email us for a Returns Authorisation code on +44 (0) 20272758160 or firstname.lastname@example.org
We will only accept returns of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns of items that have been worn or where the tags have been removed. All shoes must be returned in their original boxes.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you send return goods, please ship by a Recorded Delivery method, so the item can be tracked. The responsibility for any items returned lies with the customer until it is received by us.
We aim to process all returns within 3-4 days of being received. Depending on your bank refunds may take up to 7 days to show up on your card statement.
